Packing List for Tournament Travel (2025)
Arrive fresh, focused, and fully equipped.
Last updated: September 3, 2025 · Tournament Checklist
How to Use This List
Think in modules. Pack by category (documents, poker kit, tech, health) and stage (flight, hotel, tournament floor). Keep critical items in your personal item—not checked luggage.
Night before: lay everything out; morning of: re‑check documents, meds, and power. If something isn’t mission‑critical, it goes in checked luggage.

Flight‑Day Rules (Batteries, Liquids, Meds)
Airline and airport policies vary by country. See the reference section for TSA/IATA/EASA/CAAS links and verify for your route.
- Power banks: most carriers treat them as hazardous goods—carry‑on only; some set capacity thresholds—confirm with your airline.
- Liquids: many airports still limit liquid containers in security lines; some have newer scanners and revised limits—check your departure airport.
- Meds: bring a copy of prescriptions and keep them with you—not in checked luggage.
